Why isn’t my coupon code working?
Make sure the coupon you're trying to use has not expired, and that you're applying it to non-sale items only. During a site-wide sale, no further discounts can be applied.

Gdex East Malaysia 3-5 Business Days

All shipping estimates include three business days for warehouse printing and processing time.

I just placed my order. How long until it ships?
For many orders we have to meticulously prep artwork for our printer to get the best quality possible. Due to this (and normal production time), it may take up to 3 business days from the time you placed your order until it ships from our facilities.

I made a mistake in my order! Now what?
We hold your order for two hours after it is placed to allow for any necessary changes to billing/shipping addresses or item sizes and colors! Please contact our customer support support@topd.com.my 

Where is my order?
You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email, if tracking is available for your shipping method. Additionally, it'll let you know at checkout if the shipping method selected for your order does not include tracking. If you checked out using one of our GDex ship methods, you should be able to track at this link.Please keep in mind that if you placed your order using Gdex 2-5 business day shipping tracking is not included.

What if I'm not sure what size I need?
The best way to determine what size you need is by measuring a shirt you already know and love! 


Match those measurements with the ones on our size chart, and you've got yourself a perfect fit! We always recommend you measure twice before deciding on a size for your order!
